Screenprinting
With 25 years of experience, we ensure all designs are reproduced on to the garments accurately and quickly. High visibility clothing, t-shirts, hoodies, swim caps and baseball caps are just a few examples of printed goods. Our multi colour screenprinting carousel allows us to do small and big print runs.
Embroidery
Our other core production is embroidery. Our use of Barudan multi head machines means we can be versatile and maintain excellent service and production times for one-offs and large runs. Suitable for multicoloured logos, small or large quantity jobs. A particularly durable result, and looks very professional as you present to your customer.
Garment Vinyl
Cut vinyl, applied at temperature on a platten under pressure, is a suitable process where we need to e.g. apply football numbers, individual names or initials to teamwear, stag/hen party individual identifiable garments, waterproof or technical garments where the embroidery process is not practical.
Graphics
This umbrella term covers screenprinted adhesive vinyl and self cling, digitally printed vinyl and vehicle livery. We can print stickers on a roll, on vinyl/paper, on to self cling.
Signs & Designs
Otherwise known as ‘rigid sign materials’ – i.e. corrugated/fluted PVC, composite aluminum, foam PVC, acrylic. All suitable to be printed directly, or have digitally printed/cut vinyl applied.
Artwork & Origination
In terms of supplying us with artwork, we prefer to receive vector artwork (eps, ai or pdf) files, with all details saved as objects.
